The Cu Chi Tunnels are 75 miles of interconnecting tunnels that were utilized by the Vietnamese armed forces throughout the Vietnamese War (or American War as they contact it). They served as hiding places and as routes for conversation and materials. Lots of soldiers even lived in these tunnels for durations although dwelling problems were bleak.
